We work really hard to ensure that all our products have been manufactured to the highest standards and are carefully checked before they leave our warehouse in Yorkshire. If however you have a problem, please contact us immediately to see what we can do to help.

If you have changed your mind about your order and you wish to return some or all of it, you need to contact us so that we can arrange this for you.
