Do you have a showroom?

We've got a great showroom / design studio at 40 - 42 Parliament Street, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Loads of great ideas and help at hand to design your very own piece of bedroom heaven! Open Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm, just let us know you're coming. Sunday? no problem, just call to book...we'd love to show you what we do...

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

Most of our products are in stock here in Yorkshire. If your order is for stock items only, we will usually deliver within 5-7 working days. However its not possible to stock everything with all our different fabric and size combinations, so these products are 'bespoke build', just for you. We will give you an indication of delivery time when you place your order and confirm this shortly after.

Does everything arrive together?

Thats how we like to do it. So unless you specifically request separate deliveries, we will bring everything in one go when your order is complete.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, but an absolute minimum. Our large items are delivered and assembled, to your room of choice and the packaging taken away. You will only be charged for one delivery, for all your items, as long as all your products can be delivered at the same time. Smaller items will not have their packaging removed. Delivery charges are shown in the cart.

Can you take away my old mattress and bed?

Yep, no problem. We will responsibly recycle your old mattress and bed for a small charge. You can book this service in the 'cart' when you are purchasing your new bed or mattress.

Can I send my order back if I dont like it?

Yes. Just let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will arrange for it to be collected. T & C's apply and are available to view on our t & c's page. Charges may apply.

Ordering. How do I do it?

You can use the website, phone us here in Harrogate (01423 787373), or you can email your order to us (info@crumpleandco.com) and we will get straight back to you.

Payments 

We accept all major credit cards on our website (with the exception of Diners Club). All transactions are handled by our payment partner 'Secure Trading' through their encrypted payment gateway, or by PayPal. Its super safe...

Free Swatches are available?

Yes. Just order your free swatches from the website when ordering or considering your purchase. We'll send them out as quickly as we can to help you choose your fabric in the comfort of your own home.
