We have three different ways to ship your products, depending on what you have ordered.
Category 1 Products (£49)
Two Man White Glove Service
This service is used to ship our largest items, which may also require some assembly. Your furniture will be delivered to your 'room of choice', assembled (if required) & the packaging removed and responsibly recycled. Our delivery partners will call you when your furniture is ready to deliver and schedule a mutually convenient time.
Category 2 Products (£9.95)
This service is used for our larger furniture items, ones that do not necessarily require a two man delivery service. These will include Headboards, Chairs and Mattresses.
Category 3 Products (£4.95):
Regular Parcel Service
We use this service to deliver items like lamps, bedding and cushions. Our delivery partner will schedule a 1 hour 'delivery window'. You will be notified by email or SMS text. If the time is not convenient, you can simply reschedule your slot. You can also track your deliveries progress online.
- You will only be charged one delivery charge per order, providing all your items can be delivered at the same time. If you wish to split the delivery, other charges may apply.
- The applicable charge will be shown in the cart (Cat 1 / £49.00, Cat 2 / £9.95, Cat 3 / £4.95). Some delivery charges may vary depending on delivery address.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate, clear access has been provided to enable your furniture to be delivered to your chosen room. No responsibility can be accepted for any damage incurred at the point of delivery due to poor access
- Please make sure that you have carefully measured your room to ensure your furniture will fit and it can be placed where you would like it.
